How We Verify Listings
Before any property goes live on NammaNest, our team carries out a structured review:
- Ownership documents checked against the listing details
- Pricing confirmed to match the actual asking price
- Property details verified for accuracy (BHK, area, furnishing)
- Outdated and unavailable listings removed regularly
- Direct contact with the responsible owner or agent confirmed
This process is the reason NammaNest does not have ghost listings. If a property sells, leases, or the owner withdraws it, we remove it. The result is a platform where the listings you see are the listings that are actually available.
