By creating an account, posting a listing, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise accessing NammaNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

NammaNest is a marketplace that connects property buyers, tenants, owners, agents, and builders in Bengaluru. The platform facilitates listing discovery and inquiry submission. We do not buy, sell, or rent properties ourselves, nor do we act as a real estate agent on behalf of any user.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. By using NammaNest, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The platform is intended for use within India. Use from outside India is not prohibited but local laws and regulations may apply.

Authentication on NammaNest is exclusively via phone number OTP (one-time password). Your verified phone number serves as your permanent identity on the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.

Sellers (property owners, agents, and builders) are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content they post. Listings must represent genuine, available properties and must not be misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.

NammaNest reviews listings before publication and reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false information, or is otherwise inappropriate. Moderation decisions are final unless successfully appealed.

Sellers must hold the legal right (ownership, power of attorney, or explicit authorisation from the owner) to list a property on this platform. Listing a property without such authorisation may result in account suspension and legal action.

All prices, dimensions, and property details listed must be accurate at the time of posting. Sellers must update or remove listings promptly when a property is no longer available or when details change materially.

When a buyer or tenant submits an inquiry through NammaNest, their contact details (name, phone number, and optionally email) are shared exclusively with the advertising seller for that specific property or project. This data is not shared with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Sellers who receive inquiry contact details must use them solely to respond to the specific inquiry. Using buyer contact data for unsolicited marketing, selling to third parties, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

Buyers acknowledge that by submitting an inquiry, they consent to being contacted by the relevant seller regarding their specific property interest.

Lead quotas apply to all seller accounts. Inquiries received beyond the active quota will be locked until additional quota is purchased or the quota resets.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or contact users outside of legitimate inquiry responses.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from NammaNest in any automated manner without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in India or the state of Karnataka.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the inquiry quota or lead management system.

All content on NammaNest that is not user-generated — including the logo, design, codebase, data models, UI elements, and editorial content — is the property of NammaNest Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By posting listings, images, descriptions, or other content on NammaNest, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you post. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

NammaNest provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-submitted content. All property transactions are conducted directly between buyers/tenants and sellers and are governed by agreements between those parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NammaNest Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on listing information, failed property transactions, or unauthorised access to your account.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of NammaNest shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 (whichever is lower).

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
