GEAR Innovative International School, affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi, was founded in 1995 by Dr. M. Srinivasan under the Gifted Education and Research Foundation (GEAR). With decades of experience in curriculum development and gifted education, the institution focuses on identifying and nurturing the unique talents, creativity, and innate potential of every child. The school’s educational philosophy combines the traditional wisdom of the past with the educational needs of today and the technology of tomorrow. Its research- and project-based curriculum encourages students to enjoy the process of learning while developing independent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
